Deluxe Cutting Board – The above cutting board is made with mesquite. Mesquite is an excellent choice of wood for cutting boards because it is a hard, closed grain wood, it is very stable, it contains no toxins like some of the exotic woods, no worries about preparing for folks with nut allergies, and it is beautiful.
This board measures 22″ x 14″. It is a great size. big enough for just about any job but still small enough to be manageable for washing in a kitchen sink.
