Our picnic table materials include authentic antique wagon or implement wheels, steel tractor seats or eastern red cedar benches, eastern red cedar table tops and welded steel frames. All steel components are painted with clear enamel or a color of your choosing. The cedar table top is sanded and finished with a UV resistant outdoor varnish. A variety of table top styles are available including 3 or 4 piece removable tops. solid tops and 3 or 4 piece natural edge tops. Here is a photo of an axle that has been prepped for a table.

“The Rancher” Wagon Wheel Picnic Table with Solid Cedar Top, Natural Edges and Benches. This table may also be built with a 3 or 4 piece top. The benches will fit neatly under the table when not in use.
This beautiful custom built table is made to built to last. The table and benches are constructed with heavy duty antique iron and steel wagon wheels, a solid juniper axle that extends completely through the wheel and a solid cedar table top and bench seats with natural edges. The 3′ x 6′ table top is doweled and glued for strength. The steel parts on this bench were finished with a clear enamel and the cedar with an outdoor marine grade varnish. The benches slide under the table to save space when the table is not in use. We also have benches that match these gorgeous tables. This picnic table can be purchased for $3175 with a solid single piece cedar table top with natural edges.
“The Trader” This awesome table features a three piece red cedar top and red cedar benches. The table axle is a juniper tree trunk that extends all the way through the wheel hubs. The wheels have been cleaned and painted with a clear enamel. This particular table top has an overall length of about 79″, a width of 36″ and thickness of 1 3/4″. The endcaps are glued and doweled to the tabletop. The table weighs around 300 lbs and the benches weigh about 45 lb each. The benches can slide under the table when not in use. $2525 for the set. Add $150 for a solid top.

The table top measures 3′ x 6′, is finished with a UV resistant spar varnish. The 3 piece table top is removable for storage or to reduce the weight for moving. Choose your own color or a clear enamel finish. This table can also be built with a 3 or 4 piece top with natural edges. $2350 Add $150 if a solid top is desired.

All steel is finished with a clear coat to resist rusting. All cedar boards are finished with a UV resistant marine grade varnish. The benches are 5.5′ in length with 2″ thick red cedar and fit under the table. $3025 for the set as shown. Add $150 for a solid natural edge top.
