My wife and I take a long motorcycle ride every year. This year we went to South Dakota ahead of the Sturgis Rally. It was a spectacular trip. This painting was inspired by that trip. I prepped and finished a slab of mesquite and asked my painter friend to paint a scene including a motorcycle, the Badlands, Crazy Horse and the Devils Tower.
